Do you believe in exercise for yourself and your children ?

Exercise is important for everyone! However, do you really think that exercise is necessary? Recent research indicates that participants in a research study who believed that exercise was beneficial enjoyed the exercise more and saw improvements in mood and anxiety (Journal of Behavioral Medicine, 2016).
